Jamworks Admins: Join us for an exclusive preview explaining how you can prepare for a powerful upgrade to the accommodations you provide.
Until now, everything in Jamworks started with a lecture recording.
Students could add slides and notes, but only once a class had been captured.
That’s changing and we are providing a preview for Jamworks Admins to get ready.
Students will now be able to work with course documents before class, in accessible formats, inside the same platform they already use for lectures and revision.
Connecting accessible course materials with personalised learning support
During the session we'll follow a single course document:
From your LMS
A lecturer publishes course materials as usual.
Through JamA11y
The document is remediated automatically, and your accessibility specialist reviews and refines it where needed.
Into Jamworks
The accessible version appears in the student’s account. There’s no downloading, no re-uploading and no chasing.
Before Class
The student reads the summary, annotates the original and notes a question to bring to the lecture.
During & After Class
The student reads the summary, annotates the original and notes a question to bring to the lecture.
